The Law of the Center for the Commemoration of the Memory of Yitzhak Rabin, 1997, states that the Rabin Center will have a council of 29 members, and an executive committee with 9 members from among the members of the council, who will be appointed by the Prime Minister in accordance with the mix established by law.
